I hope this is not some monthly scam just to have them steal a couple of dollars every month from me, and only a one time mistake, especially when I couldn't even use the service to help me clean up the contacts I was trying to fix! Boo!

This app is stupid

I could not find any other app to delete mass contacts this app is a life saver and it's free now so don't listen to these other reviews they're outdated.

I still have duplicate entries even after to $1.99 upgrade to use "all" the tools. Disappointed. Doesn't seem to work for me.

Here below is the message you get if you ask for help or run the program. No one has responded from the app company. An error occurred: The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection. RipOff. Does not work when you go to help you get a error message.

Except for backup, I feel the system may be destroying info rather than making efficiencies.

This app wiped my most important contacts with all the detailed information I need to live and take care of my family. Thanks a lot!

Use other better apps. This sort of works but is frustrating and doesn't find everything. Look elsewhere.

NO WHERE in the description of this app does it say you have to pay $1.99 to get all the features. Well, you do. It merged my contacts together and deleted 1. Everything else you have to pay for.

It analyzes your contacts and then when it's time to do the cleaning and merging, it tries to hit you up for $2.00 or else it does not proceed.

This app is awful, does not work - total fail! Do not buy!!!!

Did not clean up anything. I can open my contacts and stare right at the duplicate entries, and then open this app and try to use the clean up tool, and it will say there is nothing to fix.

It cleans up and then wants to charge? Why not do a partial clean to demonstrate its ability and then ask for upgrade?! Limited filtering options kills the interest for me. I will keep looking for something with more functionality before buying. Thanks for nothing, :-(

I've been waiting for an app this easy

The major strength of the App is that it gives you a side-by-side comparison so should make sure whatever merges you are doing is correct. It even allows you to pick which information to keep (or not) when merging 2 different contact records. The inclusion of the photo ;if any exist) makes the process even easier. The weakness is in finding potential candidates for merging or deletion. It only allows me to search on one of three fields; name, phone OR email. Multifield searches are not allowed. There is no "skip" feature. A few other basic capabilities they simply missed. I have no way to explain why. So my conclusion is that it's okay and it is been helpful to me for merges but it would be great if the product more sophisticated

I had several thousand duplicates, so had to run the app about five times, but only took 10 minutes.

It does not work and merely sends you to buy the full version.

I had a bunch of people in my contacts that I don't talk to anymore. I wanted to delete them, but doing it one by one takes too long. DL this app and deleted 45 contacts in 2 minutes. Pretty sweet.

Complete Fraud! Free version only identified a few of the duplicates, then DEMANDS you buy an upgrade before it will do ANYTHING. I'll never buy an app from Con-artists. Just be honest and show the price up front.

None of them work. Just waisted 4 bucks for nothing. Stupid repeated contacts keep show up again and again!!! Frustrating!

Don't buy!!! Total waste of my $0.99! They should give my money back just for trying this App! Very confusing merge feature that screwed up some of my contacts - that I still can't figure out! The 'Help' function is nonexistent! This App caused me more trouble than its worth! I deleted it after two days!! If you 'just' want to backup your contacts then this App is for you! If you want or need more functions...then please find another App!

So frustrated with my iPhone to my Mac and contact duplications. This app cleans my lists and tells me what I have entered poorly or sync is messed up. Top ten in my app use.

Completely deleted 122 of my contacts. Thanks for the option for the backup and the tedious effort needed in replacing every single one of them.

Does what it says it will do. Took several passes but got the job done. Defiantly worth the price.

If you ever changed your Facebook sign-in info in your iOS 6+ dialog and got bitten by seeing multiple contacts everywhere: I'm happy to report that this app gets you back into a clean state.

It only found a few of my duplicates, which I had to combine manually unless I wanted to pay $0.99, leaving dozens more, with identical names, unfound. Don't bother

This app only worked halfway. The auto clean feature picked up about 20% of my duplicates. Manual cleanup was tedious but seemed effective until I checked my contacts again only to find I still have 10's of duplicates. I would not recommend buying this app.

Can't accomplish much with the free version but once you pay 99 cents it does a decent job.

I purchased this app awhile ago. It seems to work okay, but I still must link contacts manually sometimes. When I clicked on the help link, it takes me to an unregistered web page. I'm not sure how much support you're going to see on this one in the future.

Won't do anything until you upgrade and have to pay.

Don't waste your time! Beside accessing the address book there is nothing else this app can do to prove the time and money u will spend on it! Please pass away!!!!

Really easy to use app

You can get some free cleaning done (manually). Special features require upgrade for $0.99. It will match by name for free then you have to merge each one- definitely made my contacts much tidier. However, when my contacts were moved from Droid to my iPhone a lot of contacts were named after the email addy. Can't clean that without the upgrade.

This app works beautifully. For those who wrote negative reviews you probably need to go your setting,then Facebook, then disable the contacts import. Otherwise FB will not allow you to delete the contacts from your phone.

I don't like the "FREE" come on. I would probably have paid even it it were listed at .99 cents, but instead I feel stupid and cheated. It was OK but nothing miraculous - If I had it to do over I would skip it
